Senior Management Team
Our senior management team is comprised of experienced professionals who have a deep understanding of the property industry. Our team includes Stephen Hurford, Director, who has over 40 years of experience in Estate Agency and advises on residential and mixed-use projects at every stage, from initial site appraisal to marketing and sales programs. Colleen Jones, Chief Executive Officer, brings a background of complex business transformation and change programs to the role, leading to a completely revamped management department. Julie Howard, Head of Block Management, has a wealth of experience in the property management sector and oversees the legal services department. David Yates, Director of BM Online, has a wealth of financial experience and heads up the small building management team. Mike Wilcock, Financial Controller, is a qualified accountant and manages the group's company and service charge accounts. Sue Davis, Director and Building Surveyor, has a strong background in project management and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2010.
