Our 10% full management fee, combined with our 20 years of experience in looking after flats for rent in Edinburgh, provides our current landlords, many of whom live abroad, with peace of mind and a better investment. We provide well-vetted tenants and a service that includes first-rate day-to-day management of your property.
In addition to our core services, we also offer a range of ancillary services, including safety testing by our own qualified team, repairs, refurbishment, alterations, floor plans, and HMO management, including licence application, renewals, and risk assessment. Our in-house maintenance team is experienced and offers exceptional value for money.
