Unacceptable Behaviour by Agent

The experiences of several tenants have highlighted the unacceptable behaviour of some agents working for Dove Davies Property Management. Malu Meyer had a viewing at which the agent, David, displayed xenophobic and discriminatory behaviour towards her. He made several remarks that made her feel uncomfortable and unsupported, citing her nationality as a reason for not being considered as the lead tenant. This incident highlights the need for agents to be aware of and respond to potential discrimination, and for the company to take steps to address such behaviour.

Good Experience with Maintenance Team

On the other hand, several tenants have had positive experiences with the maintenance team at Dove Davies Property Management. Gillian Coulter and Lpradoo both praised the quick and efficient service provided by Stuart and the maintenance team, who fit their shower enclosures and did a great job in their respective homes.

Communication Issues

Diego Diniz Da Silva and Kimberley Mccluskey had different experiences when it came to communication with the company. Diego had significant issues with getting clear information about the end-of-tenancy procedures and sorting out final details, which left him feeling frustrated and in the dark. Kimberley, on the other hand, praised the quick and efficient responses to calls and emails, which she felt were super fast and efficient.

Issue with Charges

Angela Lee had a disappointing experience with charges for cleaning and damages when she left the flat. She felt that the charges were false and exaggerated, and that the representative, Neill Crawford, had serious issues and a lack of understanding of wear and tear. She felt that the company was trying to rip her off and left a scathing review to warn other tenants.
