Her professional journey then led her to collaborate with several eminent regional agents in Essex and East London, honing her skills in the legal aspects of lettings. As the face of Home Sales and Lettings, Emily is responsible for marketing and takes great pleasure in meeting people, conducting the majority of property appraisals and viewings.

Graham and Anne Wood began their foray into residential property investing in 1999, culminating in the establishment of Home Lettings in response to friends' requests to manage their properties. Their portfolio now encompasses a diverse range of properties, from compact studio apartments to expansive 4 and 5-bedroom detached houses. Graham manages the back office, administration, and accounts sections, while Anne oversees the day-to-day operations.
