Gas Appliances

In accordance with The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994, all gas appliances must be fully serviced and checked annually. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in criminal prosecution, with a maximum prison sentence of six months and a fine of up to 5,000. Be assured that our team will arrange for annual Corgi-registered engineer inspections and the issuance of a Gas Safety Certificate, without which we cannot act on your behalf in finding prospective tenants or handling deposits.
