In late March 1986, Michael Thomas, inspired by the gardens of Hartswood Tennis Club and driven by a desire to help his neighbour and friend who had been posted overseas for diplomatic duties, decided to establish Hartswood Property Management. The agency's genesis emphasized the values of conscientiousness, care, and attention-to-detail in looking after properties as a neighbour would, cultivating genuine relationships with our clients and often becoming their friends.
