Our History

Our story began in 1900 when Mr Evan Brinson, a local entrepreneur from a farming family, founded Brinsons Chartered Surveyors in Caerphilly. Initially, our practice focused on advising farmers and landowners on property matters, auctioning livestock at Nelson market, and providing accountancy services to local farmers. Over the years, our practice has evolved, and we have expanded our services to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Today, we operate from our prominent and stylish office in Caerphilly, offering clients a personal approach to residential sales and lettings, commercial property services, and land agency across South Wales.
