It is a delight to share this review. Belvoir! have been exceptional in their support in buying my house recently. Matthew was highly knowledgeable, approachable and professional in showing the property and answering all queries. He was a thorough professional when facilitating negotiations with the vendor. Once the sale was agreed, Chloe stepped in to support the exchange and completion process. Chloe clearly comes with huge experience behind her and she was the key contact between myself and the vendor. Chloe was also great at communicating with both sides of the solicitors which meant that things kept moving smoothly. When there were issues, Chloe was clear in her communication, picked up the phone and spoke to understand the situation and offer solutions and facilitated a positive environment for my purchase. The standards of service from arranging the viewing (thanks Claire) to the first and second viewing and price negotiation (thanks Matthew) to completing the sale (thanks Chloe) was simply exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will seek to use them again in my future purchase and sales. Highly recommended.

Belvoir Rugby managed my house for many years looking after the rental and keeping up with the house for me as I live in Florida. I have always been extremely happy with everyone in the office and the services they have provided.

We have now both been a renter and purchased our first house with the Belvoir teams. The renting team have always been on hand to help us chase issues or items with our landlord, and the process has always been easy. However where the team were really amazing was helping us to purchase our home from our landlord. Chloe and team helped to support every step of the way, chasing both our solicitors and our landlords to ensure a smooth and quick sale. Our experience with Belvoir as first time buyers has been nothing but excellent. They managed my flat for over 8 years and in that time they managed and fixed issues quickly and efficiently - would highly recommend
I recently sold this flat and Belvoir handled the sale . As I expected they were very professional and really helped the sale go through. There were many delays in selling the flat (none of these issues were related to Belvoir) and if it had not been for Belvoir I am sure the sale would have fallen through

Have rented from them for seven years and they are fantastic. Pippa, Daniela and Rebecca always respond to your queries and are hands on in their approach. They are customer oriented and you can see that they do their best to make the tenets life as comfortable as they can, while being fair to the landlord. Any issues(barely two in seven years)they got it sorted in good time. Plus they have some good properties in their portfolio which in itself says all you need to know about them.
