Disappointing Experiences
The Letting Centre has received a complaint from Madhu, who had a terrible experience with the agency. According to Madhu, the agents were unprofessional and showed bias towards people of colour. The issues started when Madhu rented a property from them, where the heater was broken for six months without being fixed. Despite offering to remove a bag of garbage left outside the apartment, the agency deducted 85 pounds from the deposit claim they made fraudulent deductions.
