Our Inventory Reports deliver a detailed, digitally compiled record of every fixture, fitting and piece of content within a property. We present the final report to you and your tenant, obtaining signatures digitally to ensure accuracy and swift completion.
CheckIn
Our CheckIn service visits the property on or before the tenants movein date to conduct a thorough inspection. We document the condition of fixtures, fittings and contents, take digital photographs, and record meter readings where applicable. The completed report is shared with the tenant and landlord, securing signatures digitally for a seamless transition.
Interim Reports
Our Interim Reports provide a midtenancy snapshot of the propertys condition, safeguarding landlords against potential disputes. The report includes updated photographs, a refreshed inventory list and any changes to meter readings, all delivered digitally. We present the interim report to the tenant and landlord, securing signatures digitally to confirm agreement.
CheckOut
Our CheckOut service conducts a final inspection at the end of the tenancy, verifying the propertys condition against the original inventory. We document any damage, update photographs, and record final meter readings, ensuring a clear basis for any deposit deductions. The completed report is shared with the tenant and landlord, with signatures obtained digitally to finalise the process.
