For tenants, we offer a wide range of properties to suit every need and budget. Our properties include studio flats, one and two-bedroom apartments, houses, and luxury rooms. We take care of all maintenance issues, so tenants can rest assured that their home is always in good condition.

Landlord FAQs

Our letting agents department provides a free rental valuation, and our experienced staff can give up-to-date information relating to the current market conditions and how to achieve the best possible rental income on your property. We charge a competitive rate for full management and three weeks rent for let only.

As a landlord, you are required to supply an up-to-date gas safety certificate (issued on a yearly basis), electrical certificates, EPC certificate with a rating of "E" or above (valid for ten years), and comply with all relevant legal obligations. At Homesdale Property, we can provide guidance and support to ensure that you comply with all legal requirements.

If a tenant does not pay, we can offer rent protection insurance and serve your tenant's notice and reclaim any unpaid rent. We are here to help you navigate any issues that may arise, and our experienced team is always available to provide guidance and support.
