As a small, exclusive business, we offer a range of services to landlords, including:

Full Management

Our comprehensive management package includes:

  • Property marketing, including Rightmove
  • Conducting viewings
  • Tenancy agreements
  • References and credit checks (for professional lets)
  • Right to rent checks
  • Deposits collected and registered
  • Inventory and Check-in Report
  • Rent collection, including statements with income and expenditure
  • Organizing maintenance and property repairs
  • Organizing Gas Safety, Electrical, and Smoke Alarm Certificates
  • Organizing Legionella Assessments
  • End-of-tenancy inspections

Our management fee for this service is 13% + VAT of the rent received, with a one-time setup fee of 395 + VAT per property.

Bespoke Service

For landlords who prefer to have more control over the management of their properties, we offer a bespoke service that allows you to mix and match the services you require. Our bespoke fee is calculated at 7.5% + VAT of the rent received, with an initial setup fee of 395 + VAT per property. This service offers flexibility and customization to suit individual landlords' requirements.

Let Only

Our let-only service includes:

  • Property marketing, including Rightmove
  • Conducting viewings (optional additional service)
  • Deposits collected and registered
  • References and credit checks (for professional lets)
  • Right to rent checks
  • Tenancy agreements

Our let-only service is priced at 695 + VAT for student lets and 895 + VAT for residential lets. For further information on our prices for larger properties, please contact us.
