Our rent collection service manages payment schedules and follows up on arrears. We maintain accurate financial records and handle all payment-related communications. Interest charges for late payments are applied at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate after 14 days.

Contract Administration
We prepare and execute tenancy agreements, contract variations, and early termination arrangements. Our administrative service covers 50 (inc VAT) charges for document preparation and legal compliance. All agreements meet current housing regulations.

We charge a holding deposit (one week's rent), security deposits (five/six weeks' rent), and £50 (inc VAT) for contract variations or changes of sharer.
