We charge a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent and a security deposit of five weeks' rent. Additional fees apply for lost keys (£15+costs) and contract variations (£50). No administration fees are charged.

We offer accompanied viewings six days a week, including weekday evenings until 6:30pm and Saturday appointments. Daytime viewings are recommended for natural lighting assessment and area evaluation.
