Our journey began in 2006 with Anthony & Co, where our founder, Anthony Martin, sought to create an estate agency that didn't use pushy and unpleasant sales tactics like the other market competitors. Although the fledgeling business was hit hard in the recession and the business was taken over, Anthony didn't give up. He rented a desk in a local office and went on to win an award as the top salesman in the region.

Ever the entrepreneur, in 2010, Anthony borrowed 10,000 from a friend in order to form Anthony Martin Estate Agents. Since then, we have grown exponentially, from one branch in Barnehurst to nine offices across Kent. Our outstanding reputation, client satisfaction, hard work, and recommendations are crucial to the growth of our business.
