Property Services

We are local independent estate agents who are distinguished by the range of specialist services we offer our customers. Our property services include residential services, auctions and tenders, surveyor valuations, and livestock market reports. Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or let a property, our experienced team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Livestock Services

Our livestock sales take place weekly, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We offer an excellent service for the cattle and sheep producers of North Wales, and our staff are always willing to assist with marketing advice and selection. Our weekly livestock sales commence with calves and weanlings on Mondays, store cattle, OTM's, and cows and calves on Tuesdays, and old hoggets and cull ewes on Wednesdays.

Antiques, General & Fine Art Auctions

We hold regular antique, general, and fine art auctions at our Gaerwen Auction Centre. These events are well attended, and we have great facilities, including a cafe and large car parking area. Our next antique and fine art auction is on the 16th of May at 10 am. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, the day prior to the auction, from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and on sale day mornings from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

Tools & Machinery Auction

Our monthly sales of farm implements, tools, and machinery take place on a Saturday, selling from minor hand tools up to heavy plant and machinery. The machinery auction is made up of three areas - the calf ring (minor hand tools), the sheep pens (garden equipment and smaller machines), and the agri yard (farm machinery and implements). We advise anyone wanting to purchase on the day of sale to come into the office to obtain a buyer's bidding card before the auction begins at 10 am. Vehicle Auction

We also provide on-site dispersal sales for small or large establishments, livestock, and deadstock. Our valuers will guide you through the process from start to finish, providing advice to ensure the best possible service.

Land Lettings

Our portfolio of grazing land extends from small parcels to whole farms, letting by auction, tender, and private treaty for cattle, sheep, crops, and horses.
