Sue Ferguson is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has over 30 years of experience in the property market as both an Estate Agent and Conveyancing Solicitor (retired). Steve Young has worked as an Estate Agent for 20 years gaining valuable experience and knowledge with a corporate estate agency prior to joining this agency.

Our office is centrally located in Redruth's main pedestrian shopping street with good accessibility to all and is highly visual with our distinctive branding. We can offer advice on all property related matters and have strong links with local conveyancing solicitors and independent financial advisors. We cover the mid-Cornwall area from St Agnes down to Hayle on the North Coast and inland towards Falmouth including Stithians, Ponsanooth and Carnon Downs.

We are members of The Property Ombudsman, The National Association of Estate Agents, Propertymark Protection Scheme, The Deposit Protection Service and registered with the Information Commissioners Office for Data Protection and HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
