At Bexley Homes, we take pride in our humble beginnings as a family-run business, established in 1999. We started as Lawson Lets, under the Lawson Villas umbrella, providing temporary accommodation and property management leasing options to landlords in South East London and North West Kent. We were among the first to obtain a HMO licence in the Dartford borough.
