Hammond Grange Ltd was established in 1984 by W T Lander, who already owned 4 successful industrial sites in Leicester. Operating out of Oadby, south of Leicester city centre and concentrating on the county of Leicestershire, Hammond Grange Ltd owns and manages a large portfolio of properties. These range from starter units and small workshops up to extensive warehousing and office blocks. The company has steadily grown, increasing the existing wide selection of units, yet maintaining the successful company philosophy of keeping things simple. All properties are subject to taking out an agreement in the form of a standard lease.

The company's history dates back to 1977, when Terry Lander first started his lettings business with the purchase of 4 flats and 10 industrial units at Lansdowne Road, Aylestone. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio through strategic purchases, including Premier Works, Canal Street, and other sites around Leicester.
