For landlords, we offer a choice of services, including Introduction, Rent Collection and Rent Guarantee, and Fully Managed. Our services cater to landlords who require varying levels of involvement and support throughout the tenancy.

  • Introduction Service: A straightforward service designed for landlords who prefer to manage their tenancy independently. We will market your property, accompany prospective tenants on viewings, and carry out tenant referencing.
  • Rent Collection and Rent Guarantee Service: A more comprehensive service designed for landlords who wish to be more involved in the tenancy process. We will prepare the tenancy agreement, collect rent, and provide a rent guarantee.
  • Fully Managed Service: Our premium service provides expert support throughout the tenancy, including regular inspections, maintenance issue resolution, and legal advice.

For Tenants

Once you have found the property you wish to rent, the administrative process will begin. Please note that a holding deposit, equivalent to one week's rent, is required to secure the property. This deposit will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. We will guide you through the remainder of the process, including the final signing of the tenancy agreement and the collection of rent.
