Our principal, Michael Brooker FRICS, is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who has served the local property market for over 50 years. We established our independent, family-run practice in Crowborough in 1997, building a highly respected presence on the high street. Our team has been strengthened by the continuity of family, with Michaels son Keith joining us over 20 years ago, bringing a lifetime of local knowledge. We have further enhanced our expertise with Charlotte Gregory, who qualified through Propertymark after joining our sales team in 2021. Our office administrator, Anne Edwards, joined us in 2023, contributing over 15 years of specialist experience in both sales and lettings within the immediate area. Our Lettings Department has developed significantly over the past 15 years, now managing an extensive portfolio of properties across the region. We were pleased to welcome Leigh Woods in 2024 as our Lettings Administrator, strengthening our day-to-day support with a background in both corporate and smaller business environments.
