Since 1981, our home has been at 74 High Street, Henley-in-Arden, where we continue to enjoy an excellent central base, ideally situated for practicing from Kenilworth Castle in the East to Chaddesley Corbett in the West. Our client base extends beyond the local area, with a significant number of clients in Stratford-upon-Avon, North Gloucestershire, and the Cotswolds.

At Earles, we are proud of our team of dedicated and qualified professionals. • Methods of Sale: Our experienced team will advise on the best method of sale for your property, whether it is suited to be offered for sale by auction, formal/informal tender, or by private treaty with a set asking price.

• Property Management: We have a dedicated property manager who deals with all legislative and maintenance requirements of lettings properties. We ensure that all lettings properties, that are managed by ourselves, comply with current regulations. If our properties do not comply, we can arrange for the installation and assessment of relevant goods and services to ensure the safety of tenants and landlords.
