For those seeking a complete hands-free solution, we offer a "buy-to-rent" package. This includes expert funding advice, recommendations on suitable investments, and assistance with furnishing the property, making it a seamless journey from purchase to profitable let.

Our full comprehensive property management service is designed to take the hassle out of being a landlord. We visit your property to discuss your needs and the current market conditions, advising on appropriate rental values and any necessary preparations for letting. Once a tenant is found, we handle all the formalities, including reference checks, the preparation of detailed inventories, schedule of condition reports, and the timely serving of all required Housing Act notices.
