Poor Experience with Carole
The reviewer, Laura C., had a terrible experience with Carole, a representative of the company, during the move-out process from her flat in Hampstead. Despite having a positive experience with the landlord, the move-out process was marred by unprofessionalism and a lack of knowledge on how to proceed with signing a new tenant.
Unprofessionalism and Financial Loss
The reviewer was left 300 poorer due to the company's inefficiency in preparing documents, which took over two weeks. Furthermore, her deposit has yet to be returned.
