At Davis & Latcham, we are an independent estate agency established in 1992 by Melvin Davis and Marilyn Latcham, with their expertise and experience spanning decades. Today, Melvin is joined by local lad Wayne and his daughter Hannah. Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who are proud to be Moonrakers, born and bred in Wiltshire.

- Melvin, the partner-in-charge, with over six decades of experience in the property market and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. In his free time, Melvin enjoys gardening and walking.
- Wayne, who has been working alongside Melvin since 2004 and is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, with a passion for cars and cycling.
- Hannah, the newcomer to the team, who is a tech whiz and a people person, with a love for baking, walking, and spending time with her young niece and nephew.
