Chris was excellent, being extremely personable, responsive and supportive throughout the whole process. The conveyancing side was challenging but Chris helped guide me through it and recommended a great solicitor to me, which I then switched to which helped us progress. Would definitely use again and would strongly recommend.

Chris has been fantastic through out the process of purchasing our new home. From meeting him at our first viewing he was friendly and professional, extremely knowledgable and could answer any of our questions straight away. When we submitted an offer on the property via email at closing time he contacted the sellers and got back to us straight away albeit out of office hours. He then proceeded to do more than his job like finding out details of our chain that our agent should have known (but didn't) to keep us and the sellers up to date with the process. Any extra questions i have had he has been contactable straight away or has returned my call within the hour. I cant thank Chris enough for making this as stress free as possible and we will definitely contact Atherton's in the future if we move again. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond for us!

We used Athertons to sell our late parents bungalow in Oakdale. Chris was professional and thorough from the start to completion. He was pro active in finding potential purchasers and kept us both informed , answering any questions promptly. and liaised with solicitors to keep the chain moving. He set up a whats appn group and kept us updated and informed of progress which was an effective communication channel for us and we really appreciated .

Chris was extremely helpful when it came to selling my dad's house, as well as sympathetic to the fact that, as an elderly man, moving home was stressful and difficult. Chris made it so much easier. His communications were excellent and we felt that he was working hard on dad's behalf.

We had purchased through one of Key Drummond offices and received excellent service so when my elderly mother wanted to sell her bungalow we didn't hesitate in choosing them to handle her sale. We couldn't have made a better decision.

My experience with Key Drummond Oakdale was a pleasant and positive one.
All staff in the office were helpful and approachable throughout. They dealt with my purchase with empathy for my situation (divorcing and splitting from previous shared property) and without bias.
Communication with the vendor was at times difficult but not through any fault of theirs. Issues were always overcome sensibly.
I have no intention of a house move anytime soon but should I do so I would have no hesitation in using their services or reccommending Key Drummond to my friends.
