I had a fantastic experience renting through Cray and Norton i have been a tenant for the past 3 years and they have been excellent,unlike other agencies,they are increadibly responsive whenever a maintenance issue arises repairs sorted within hours, communication always friendly,its a relief to have a tenant that looks after tenants ,Thanks Archie and all team ,i will recomend Cray and Norton anytime

The team at Cray & Norton were brilliant from start to finish; from their valuation to their detailed proposal, considerate and well communicated viewings to constant correspondence regarding potential buyers, they really took the stress of selling our house away completely.
When an offer from a buyer came along, they negotiated the highest possible price and were a huge help in moving the process along when solicitors were being slow with replies.
We couldnt recommend them more and are so happy we entrusted them with the sale of our home.

I had sold my property through a small estate agent in a timely and efficient manner. Unfortunately I attempted to purchase three times through large estate agents and was frustrated by extremely poor service and communication leading to three failed purchases. Probably because they couldn't sell me this and that. Fortunately on the fourth attempt I purchased through Cray and Norton. They had extensive knowledge of the area and the property and any gaps were addressed by email the next day. All enquiries answered within 24 hours. Responsive communication through them to the seller of the property. Needless to say the sale progressed to a speedy conclusion to the satisfaction of all parties due to Archie and Darren being proactive at every stage. Due to the service differential I'm sure this agent will continue to thrive even in this tough market.

I've been working with Cray and Norton for over 15 years now. They act as letting agents for my rental apartment in the area. This is a professionally run agency and I am totally satisfied with the service provided. It's particularly nice to work with a locally run firm. As a long-term landlord, problems can arise and when this happens Cray and Norton have been supportive, full of good advice and worked hard to find the right solution. Recommended.

Archie and Darren and rest of the Cray & Norton team did amazing job selling our dads house. The buyers was a nightmare , kept asking to view property again and again. Drop the price twice , did not have 10% deposit. Cray and Norton handle all these problems easily and professionally. Thank you and well done.

We chose to let one of our properties with C&N, having managed this process ourselves up until recently. So far, they've been great. Responsive, communicative and - most importantly - honest with us, which has been refreshing. Particular shout out to Archie and Andrea, they've both been great.
They also have very competitively priced management packages. It's early days with our new tenants but I'm hopeful they'll be decent and long- standing.

From the outset Marcel and the team delivered a personal and accommodating service for my elderly mum's relocation from Croydon to Devon. I recently sold my property with Cray and Norton. Marcel did the initial consultation and was very knowledgeable about the area and what to expect. The viewings were done by Archie and Marcel, then Darren handled the administration after the offer was accepted.
Despite it taking longer than anticipated to complete, due to buyers further down the chain, Cray & Norton were very responsive to emails and chased things when requested. The staff were polite and friendly and I would recommend.

Ive repeatedly used Cray& Norton due to the exceptional service they give from start to finish. Darren gives great advice with the marketing and Archie and Lucas showed my house to its best potential and sold my house within two weeks. I wouldnt use any other agent in Croydon as this family run estate agent are experienced in the locality and know their market. I was kept updated through out the process and it was stress free.

Cray and Norton offer a great service. They are realistic regarding where the price of your property should be and able to give tips on making your property more saleable. Excellent communication and the guys work hard to drum interest and screen for time wasters. My property sold with them and that was a great feeling. No matter who you speak with there they are always polite and empathetic and offer a flexible service. I would highly recommend them. Just try for yourself and see

In contrary to many others, they are non-pushy, efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. After starting my search in need of a bigger home, I finally came across a property with potential - listed by Cray & Norton. I had been in contact with a few other Estate Agents but none compare to the service that I received from from Darren Cray, Jess and the team. Although it has taken around 4 months or so, my purchase was finally completed yesterday. Hooray! I was looked after by Jess during the early stages of the process; she was friendly, accessible and responsive. I then had the pleasure of working with Darren Cray for the remainder of the process. His follow-up and communication was regular, timely and clear. I am really pleased to have been looked after by this team of professionals. From what we expected to be a relatively straight forward purchase, turned out to be an incredibly complicated one, with issues with the conveyancing, but Darren & Marcel worked extremely hard to ensure it all went through okay. Their communication throughout was brilliant and they always kept me posted with updates and progress from the vendor's side.
I would 100% recommend Cray & Norton and will not hesitate to use them to sell/rent out my property through them when the time comes - thanks again!
