Rob has spent most of his working life in estate agency across Stoke-On-Trent and the surrounding areas. He started his career at Goodchilds former head office as a lettings negotiator and later opened the Stoke-On-Trent office in January 2012.
Rob has developed his branch into an award-winning office dedicated to providing excellent customer service for both sales and lettings. From his beginnings as an apprentice lettings negotiator to his current position as Director, Rob has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the business. His daily responsibilities include managing the office, evaluating properties, and working with portfolio landlords.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were very professional and achieved a good result even though a mid-sale unexpected curveball was encountered. Having a professional Estate Agent working through the sale process enabled an excellent outcome. Without such support from Cameron Weston and the team the sale would or could have fallen through. Cheaper out there but I really doubt such a result would have been possible. Excellent and highly recommended. Five start review and well deserved.

I dealt with Mr Dean Bradley at Goodchilds in Hanley, and have been very happy with his representation. Listed property with photos and walk through without delay. We were very surprised at the valuation (a lot higher than expected) but Goodchilds knowledge of the property market was impressive , evidenced by the number of viewings , offers and final sale price.

Absolutely brilliant team at Goodchilds Stoke. Always answered the phone when I needed to ask absolutely anything. Always very efficient in finding out any information I required. Overall just brilliant. Absolutely zero issues whatsoever and the process was from October 2020-January 2021 and never once did I feel I was a pain for calling for updates!

I have used this estate agent to purchase a property. I highly recommend if you can speak to Rhys Keys he is a credit to the team with his happy enthusiastic attitude. He keeps everything simple and straight to the point. I did deal with other team members but some did over complicate things. When I spoke to Rhys again it was sorted. Hopefully I have future dealings with this agent.

I was very leased with the hard work and professional knowledge of the staff in achieving sales of 3 properties for us, all either at or close to asking price, despite the lockdown restrictions.
