Jeremy Prosser
Managing Director
Jeremy has enjoyed a successful career in estate agency, gained through sheer determination and hard work, securing his first position aged just 17. Now running a thriving sales and lettings business, Jeremy is well-known throughout Gloucestershire by clients, businesses and individuals alike. At the tender age of 21, Jeremy became the youngest manager in the history of a large corporate estate agency chain. Just four years later, he was promoted to Area Manager of seven offices in the Southwest and by the time he was 29, he had opened up the first CJ Hole franchise based in Cheltenham. In 2005, Jeremy decided to purchase a five-storey Georgian building for his ever-growing business. This prestigious property is situated in a prime spot in Cheltenham's town centre highlighting Jeremy's commitment to Cheltenham - a market he has worked in or near for his entire career. A former scholar of Pate's Grammar School, Jeremy lives in Prestbury and in his spare time he enjoys playing golf at Lilley Brook Golf Club. Jeremy has built up a wealth of contacts and his regular appearance at local events, in the local media and meeting clients at properties, means he is a recognisable and well-respected agent in the region. NAEA and ARLA qualified, Jeremy's talent for marketing has seen CJ Hole strengthen its position within Cheltenham and has secured his position as one of the town's most experienced and successful estate agents.
Justin Prosser
Lettings Director
With over 25 years' experience in both sales and lettings, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of our business. A former pupil of Pates Grammar School, after completing his education, Justin secured his first position as a Trainee Negotiator with an independent Estate Agency and has worked his way through the ranks to his current position as Director. He has predominantly worked in Gloucestershire however also has experience in the Oxfordshire and West London property markets. ARLA and NAEA qualified, Justin's main focus within our business is all activities relating to our Lettings Division, ensuring an excellent level of customer service to both landlords and tenants. His recent experience in design and marketing is beneficial to the development of our lettings strategy and his dedication to provide a first class service gives landlords and tenants confidence amid ever-changing legislation. Justin lives with his wife and three teenage children and when not at work, he has a keen interest in football and a passion for classic cars.

Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer
With over 10 years experience in Sales, Grace covers all aspects of the day to day sales process from dealing with enquiries, meeting clients and customer service. Having worked in London for 7 years of her career, Grace has managed clients from all over the world. When not at work, Grace spends her days looking after her twin boys and exploring parks and vibrant coffee shops.
Orrin Pryse-Jones
Lettings Manager
A highly efficient and knowledgeable member of the Lettings Department, Orrin oversees database and website enquiries while providing the highest possible customer service to landlords and tenants. With excellent IT skills and a vast amount of lettings legislation knowledge, Orrin is also a coach and mentor to his junior colleagues. Despite his many responsibilities, Orrin is a big kid at heart. When not at work, he is either planning his next trip to Disney World Florida or playing retro video games in his man cave.
Ethan Marlborough
Lettings Negotiator
Coming from a background of insurance and hospitality, Ethan has joined us with fully developed customer service skills which he uses to provide a first-class experience to landlords and tenants. Friendly and personable, Ethan is the first port of call for any new enquiries, matching applicants to properties, conducting viewings and arranging lets.

My advice ask questions and communicate often. Everyone will of course have a different experience, but many issues (at least what i experienced) can be resolved with talking.
My experience renting a property through was actually up and down a lot, but much of that was not fully understanding CJ Holes role, and I know others have had a similar experience. Much of the problem ends up on the landlords end CJ Hole are either essentially broker for the rental and then hands off (in which case its all down to landlord) or they are essentially a middle man representing the landlord (in which case they still have to get approvals from the landlord for things). My case was the latter, and there were some delays in repairs once or twice, but considering the back-and-forth of getting quotes, going to the landlord, going back to the providers, etc, its no wonder. Its not what Im used to having not come from here, but having the process explained to me, particularly by Orrin, helped put everything into context. Its a stressful thing dealing with the place you and your family live and with so much money, but my overall experience was good once I was able to fully understand everyones role.

The initial visit for valuation was very positive and I feel that the house was marketed at the correct price and also achieved a good price on completion.
Jenni was fantastic as my agent. She kept me really well informed throughout the process, responded very quickly to any questions that I had, and she liaised with everyone involved so the solutions to holdups could be speedily resolved.
I will definitely use CJ Hole again if I need to sell a property.

We negotiated and exchanged contracts to buy a house in Cheltenham through CJ Hole who were excellent throughout. They ironed out all issues that arose during the conveyancing process and ensured that the solicitors dealt with issues promptly and did not allow things to drift. Jenni Moore in particular was efficient, effective and pro-active and demonstrated great care and commitment to get the job done sooner rather than later. A first rate service.

Moving as a single professional is always a chore. Even more so when Im looking for a fully furnished apartment that I can move into relatively soon, and its fair to say I have had my fair share of bad letting agents that took advantage of my circumstances or omitted information. Ethan M from CJ Hole was not that. He was warm, welcoming and I cannot express how accommodating he was. He made a very stressful time as smooth as possible and I cant thank him enough for it. Im now two days moved into my new apartment and its everything that I had hoped for and more, and I cannot recommend this letting agent enough!

My daughter rented through Cheltenham CJ Hole and they were consistently professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish. From viewing properties, to moving in, maintenance tasks during the rental and moving out, all stress free and a pleasure to deal with.
The added ask was that my daughter has special needs and was nervous of strangers, CJ were alway empathetic and fully understood the need for clear communication and trusting understanding individuals, it was always handled so well.

Exceptional service with the most friendliest staff. Ethan took ownership and helped me and Mrs to find a house when we were looking for a rental home.
He went out of his way by recommending houses that he thought that may suit us.
I then got on to the habit of looking for houses that CJhole was hosting as it was a lot easier to deal with him than many any other agent who was full of attitude. I have recommended CJ hole to many mates and Ethan and the team has been great.
Even after I rented the property, I never had to wait to get anything done as they property management services is extremely good.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly and would be my go to place in the future as well.

We have used a number of letting agents in Cheltenham, and without doubt C J Hole has surpassed our expectations and are now our go to choice for lettings. We have four properties with them on a fully managed service, they respond quickly to our emails and are always on top of any issues. The latest property took just hours from property visit to being listed on Rightmove, and days to a successful let. Will continue to use them for future lettings. Excellent service all round.

In the end we were successful in finding a house with CJ Hole as she lined us up with a property soon to be vacated, but not yet.
Other agencies seemed not to do this or think so laterally.

The whole team at CJ Hole have been brilliant, very professional and supported us through a difficult period.
