He was unfailingly patient and polite, and helped with a number of issues prior to exchange. Jordan and Gavin were also very helpful in chasing up solicitors on completion day. The early viewings and feedback were handled fantastically by Georgi with great communication and honest feedback. The past few months most my dealings have been with Jordan who has gone so far above and beyond for us that we cannot thank him enough. We had some difficulties with an onward purchase and were very stressed at the time. Jordan went out of his way to help us through this, even messaging us well out of his hours of operation with updates and advice. An incredibly considerate and lovely person, he is an asset to parkers.
