Chris is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he understands the importantance of finding a property agent who you can rely on to look after and manage your property when moving overseas. He explained the importance of finding the right tenant, and the strict vetting policy he has. He was also able to provide us with an achievable rental value and his fees are very reasonable.
