History
The 'Fox' name has been synonymous with estate agency since 1868, when Anthony Stoddart Fox opened a branch of Fox and Sons in Bournemouth. Over the years, Fox and Sons expanded across the south of England, eventually arriving on the Isle of Wight in the mid-1980s. In 2001, Simon Wratten and Sarah Wratten brought the island offices together to create a new independent estate agency, Fox Property. Following a merger with another successful local firm, Home Estate Agency, Fox & Home was born in 2018. Today, our centralised hub on Ryde High Street serves the entire island.
