Unreliable and Unhelpful
The majority of reviews for this property rental service are overwhelmingly negative. The authors of the reviews express extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by this company. The common thread among the reviews is the difficulty in getting in touch with anyone from the company, whether by phone or email.
Phone Calls Go Unanswered
Several reviewers have attempted to contact the company by phone, with no success. According to Dreya Stallard, the company never answers the phone, and even when they do, the person on the other end is unable to provide any assistance. This issue is not limited to just one or two reviewers, as Leigh Carrick-Moore has reported having to call the company over 15 times with no response.
Emails Go Unanswered
In addition to the phone issues, the company's email response time is also criticised. Jodie Mugridge has sent five emails and received no response, resulting in her missing out on a rental property she was looking forward to viewing.
Finders Fee and Additional Fees
