Our friendly and professional team is led by Directors Chris Davis and Paul Lund, who have extensive knowledge of the local property market. Chris has worked locally in property for over 20 years, covering areas such as Ripon, Harrogate, Thirsk, Boroughbridge, and York. He is known for his straight-forward approach to sales and lettings, offering honest and sensible advice to his clients.

Paul, on the other hand, has lived and worked locally all his life and is well-known to many around Ripon and Thirsk. With over 30 years of experience in property and finance, he is an expert in the local market and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

We are also proud to have a team of skilled sales and lettings negotiators, including Shane Griffin, who was promoted to Lettings Manager in 2020. Shane is customer-focused and has been instrumental in achieving the Gold British Property Award for Letting Agent in Ripon in 2020-21 and again in 2022-23.
