Finding a Property

If you're looking for a new home, we'd be delighted to help. Simply contact us to provide brief details about yourself and the accommodation you require. We'll search our database for suitable properties and arrange viewings at times that suit you. Viewings

Reserving the Property

Once you've found your perfect property, you'll need to reserve it by paying a 'holding deposit', usually equivalent to two week's rent. This will secure the property for you, and we'll refund the deposit if the landlord declines to grant the tenancy.

References

As part of our application process, we'll require satisfactory references from your employer (or college), and a previous or current landlord. We may also require a personal reference, and sometimes a guarantor. In addition, a credit check will be undertaken.
