Our Rentals Director, Paul Chappell, is committed to ensuring that every guest's needs are met, and our Operations Director, Amanda Chappell, oversees the smooth operation of our office. With years of experience in the property management industry, we are confident in our ability to deliver a stress-free and enjoyable holiday experience.

Location

Our office is conveniently located beside the gym, just behind the Condado Club bar and restaurant, making it easy for guests to access our team and ask any questions they may have. We are open daily from 8am to 4pm during peak season and 9am to 5pm during off-peak season. Of course, our team is available 24/7 for any urgent matters.

C cancellation Policy

At Military Breaks Plus, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have implemented a fair and flexible cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%. Bookings cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund minus a processing fee of 10%. Unfortunately, bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
