George Dutton Ltd is a family owned and managed company that has grown over 25 years. We take great pride in our Business Parks and surroundings. Starting from a 1-acre plot at Ashbourne, we have developed the site into a 9-acre site accommodating 15 separate companies with a total of approximately 140,000 ft of warehouses and offices. Our expansion continued with the purchase of sites at Ednaston and Swadlincote in 2003 and 2011, respectively. This growth has enabled us to offer a range of properties to businesses across the Midlands. Our groundworks business has also grown over the same period, allowing us to undertake projects of any size and complexity across the UK. We strive to meet the needs of our clients in both our property and groundworks lines of business, reflected in our long-standing relationships with tenants and clients. Some of our notable clients include British Rail, ICI, Kemira Fertilizer, and Richard Lees Steel Decking, among others.

Business Parks

George Dutton Ltd owns and operates three business parks in Derbyshire. The George Dutton Business Park at Ashbourne offers industrial units ranging from 1,200 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft and office suites up to 850 sq ft. The Ednaston Business Centre provides industrial space between 1,500 sq ft and 11,000 sq ft and office space from 400 to 800 sq ft. The Oaktree Business Park in Swadlincote offers self-contained office suites between 1,000 and 2,200 sq ft. Each of our business parks is strategically located, offering easy access to major transport networks and a high quality of life for employees.
