Fees and Charges

The reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the fees charged by the company. One reviewer mentioned that the fees are "absolutely extortionate" and that they were charged around 225 for "admin fees" just to move in. The same reviewer also mentioned that 120 was deducted from their bond for "final inventory checks" as standard.

Bond Return

The reviewers have also complained about the delay in returning their bond. One reviewer mentioned that it took the company almost two weeks to return their bond, which left them short when moving into their new home.

Property Maintenance

Another issue raised by the reviewers is the poor maintenance of the properties. One reviewer mentioned that they were moved into a property with a bent key, which was supposed to have been fixed. Another reviewer mentioned that two out of three electric bulb holders in their three-room flat were broken and it took the company two and a half months to send someone to repair them.
