Residences and Maintenance

Kaijun Chen, Rohit Purohit, and Samantha Bailey all mentioned that any broken items in their rooms were fixed quickly and efficiently. The staff were also described as "helpful" and "lovely" by Kaijun and Mathew Haskell, respectively.
