At Arun Estates, we're focused on helping our customers and our colleagues to move forwards on their life's journey. With over 100 branches operating across 4 brands throughout the Southeast of England, we aspire to help people move forwards. Since 1991, we have helped thousands of people, from first-time buyers to property investors, to move forwards.

Our founder, Paul Rooney, brought together a team of like-minded professionals who share one vision of helping, and over the years, we have built a company that is respected locally for its ability to adjust and adapt to the evolving needs of its customers and the market.

Our History

Our journey began in 1981 when Paul Rooney founded Rooney & Co in Sussex, an estate agent focused on delivering a premium service for any budget. In 1991, Paul Rooney purchased the Southeast region of Prudential Property services and founded Arun Estates, built up of Cubitt & West, Pittis, and Wards. Since then, we have expanded our services to include Lettings, Mortgage Matters Direct, Martin Tolhurst Solicitors, and Move With Us, offering a comprehensive range of property solutions to our customers.

Our Services

At Arun Estates, we offer a wide range of services designed to help you achieve your property goals. Our Residential Sales team will guide you through the process of buying or selling a property, ensuring a smooth and stress-free transaction. Our Lettings department provides property management services, taking care of your rental property and ensuring maximum returns. Our New Homes department specialises in new developments, offering bespoke properties tailored to your needs. Our Land Opportunities department helps developers and investors to identify and secure profitable land deals. We also offer Financial Services, including mortgages and insurance products, and Conveyancing services through Martin Tolhurst Solicitors.

Giving Back

At Arun Estates, we believe in giving back to our local communities. Over the years, we have raised over 16 million for charitable causes, and our staff have raised over 100,000 through fundraising events. We believe it's essential to support our local communities, and our staff are passionate about fundraising for charities close to their hearts.
